2023-2024 “Coffee Hour” Virtual Meetings for Women Chairs, Directors and Associate Deans from Non-Departmentally Organized Colleges

This opportunity is open to all women chairs, school directors, associate deans from non-departmentally organized colleges, and directors of academic programs similar to departments/schools.

These sessions are designed to be informal gatherings to allow for discussion, peer mentoring, and problem-solving. There is no set agenda, and our hope is that these events provide an opportunity for you to network with others who identify as women in similar positions across campus.

Planned as virtual “coffee hours” throughout the year to ease the need to travel, find parking, etc.

2023 Virtual Dates

• September 21, 2023, from 1:00 p.m.-2:00 p.m.
• October 19, 2022, from 1:00 p.m.-2:00 p.m.
• November 16, 2023, from 1:00 p.m.-2:00 p.m.
• December 14, 2023, from 1:00 p.m.-2:00 p.m.

 Spring 2024 Virtual Dates (switch to Wednesdays)

• January 24, 2024, from 1:00 p.m.-2:00 p.m.
• February 21, 2024, from 1:00 p.m.-2:00 p.m.
• March 20, 2024, from 1:00 p.m.-2:00 p.m.
• April 17, 2024, from 1:00 p.m.-2:00 p.m.
• May 8, 2024, from 1:00 p.m.-2:00 p.m.
