Offered by the National Center for Faculty Development & Diversity (NCFDD)

n an ever-evolving academic landscape, faculty members face uncertainty and shifting expectations. This webinar provides a dedicated space for reflection, connection, and intentional action. Together, we will explore where faculty have agency, identify strategies to move the needle in meaningful ways, and distinguish between navigating challenges as faculty versus supporting faculty through them.

Through guided discussion and shared reflection, participants will:

✅ Acknowledge what matters most in their faculty experience

✅ Identify areas where they can take intentional action

✅ Connect with peers to exchange insights and strategies

Join us for
Part 1 of this series on March 11, 2025, at 2 PM ET, where we will hold space for faculty to check in, reflect, and engage in an interactive discussion. We will also introduce upcoming sessions designed to deepen this conversation.
