Faculty members play a vital role in supporting the success of students and advancing the missions of their colleges and universities. Unfortunately, many faculty members are experiencing increased levels of stress, anxiety, uncertainty, and burnout (e.g., Meeks et al., 2021; Pope-Ruark, 2022). Faculty members’ mental health and well-being are critical components of a thriving academic community. In this interactive panel presentation, Drs. Rebecca Ropers (Senior Advisor for Academic Leadership Development and Conflict Resolution at the University of Minnesota), Regina McCoy (Associate Vice Provost for Retention and Student Success at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro), and Lisa Hanasono (The NCFDD’s Director of Training and Content) will share innovative, transformative, accessible, and impactful approaches and resources that support faculty members’ health and well-being. Audience members will participate in a Q&A session and discuss key takeaways with the panelists.
